Unlike ORR's large IT-park campuses, supply here is fragmented across dozens of independent buildings and smaller business centres, so more operators means more choice but also more legwork to match the right size, block and price. Metro isn't inside Koramangala yet, but it's close: Central Silk Board on the Yellow Line (operational since August 2025) sits about 1.5 km from 7th and 8th Block, and the upcoming Blue Line's HSR Layout station, targeted for December 2026, will shorten that gap further.
